Driver Killed In Route 9 Central Jersey Crash: Report

One person was killed and another seriously hurt when a vehicle crossed the Route 9 median and struck a pickup truck, according to ABC 7 News.

A southbound driver lost control of the car and veered into the northbound lanes at about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19 near Old Bridge High School and Middle School, the outlet says.

One driver was pronounced dead at the scene, and the other was seriously injured, according to the report.
